Pulse Watch Warranty and Support Information

Please note, we are authorised dealers for ALL the brands of pulse watch we sell. This means you are guaranteed an after sales warranty period from all our suppliers, even in the event of this company ceasing to trade (which we hope it does not, we have been trading on the internet since June 1st 1998).
PLEASE NOTE, WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER BATTERY LIFE.

If it is an "out of box" failure (from ANY supplier), i.e. faulty upon receipt, first use, we will send you a direct replacement upon receipt of faulty unit. We can provide an SAE for the return of the faulty item (or refund postage). In cases of "out of box failure (DOA)" please use this form : RETURN FORM (DOA only). If a unit goes faulty during the warranty period we ask that you follow the return procedure as set out below.

IMPORTANT NOTE regarding faulty items : Please note, when an item exhibits a fault, our obligation to the customer is to have the faulty component repaired / replaced by the manufacturer under warranty. In extreme cases, this may take up to 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot swap the unit for an alternative, offer an upgrade or make a refund. This is part of our terms and conditions

Warranty - Defective Units - Faulty units etc.

We can only uphold a warranty to the customer who originally bought the item, or to a customer who can produce the original e-receipt / WorldPay transaction ID. We can only send warranty replacements / returns to addresses in the UK.

We cannot accept items returned to us from overseas, nor can we accept duty charges, or similar, levied upon as as the result of a returned item. In such cases, we will refuse to sign for the returned item and request it is returned to sender.

  • All products come with a one year manufacturers warranty (unless stated in the product guides)
  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims
  • Warranty does not cover battery life.
  • Customer should return the warranty card that comes with each pulse watch to the manufacturer
    Shopping with us does not affect your statutory rights
  • Warranty does not cover water damage if buttons operated underwater

Smarthealth/Salutron pulse watches
  • Warranty is 12 months
  • Defective items should be returned in the first instance to BHIP Ltd, details below
  • Warranty does not cover water damage if buttons operated underwater
  • Customers are advised to return the warranty card to the manufacturer
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Units may need to be returned to Salutron, this can take between 2-3 weeks
  • For non-BHIP Ltd customers, please call them directly.
