This Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you visit pulse-watch.com (the "Site") or make a purchase on it.

COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

COOKIES

Here's a list of cookies we use. We list them so you can choose whether to allow them or not.

  • _session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
  • _shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website's provider internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
  • _shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (visitor's location time) the next day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.
  • cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
  • _secure_session_id, unique session identifier.
  • storefront_digest, unique identifier, not defined if the store has a password, used to check if the current visitor has access.

"Log files" track Site activity and collect data like your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and timestamps (date and time). "Web beacons," "tags," and "pixels" are electronic files that record information about how you navigate the Site.

Additionally, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, such as your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. This automatically collected information is termed "Order Information."

When we use the term "Personal Data" in this Privacy Policy, we refer to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In general, we use the Order Information we collect to process any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you, assess potential fraud or risks, and, when appropriate to your preferences, provide you with information or advertising about our products or services.

We use the Device Information (especially your IP address) we collect to assess potential fraud or risks and, overall, to enhance and optimize our Site (e.g., generating analytics on how our customers navigate and interact with the Site and evaluating the success of our advertising and marketing campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties that help us use it for the purposes described above.
